Identifies pending mineral claims in the Lightning Ridge Mineral Claims District and White Cliffs Mineral Claims District as defined by Part 9, Division 4, Section 190 of the Mining Act 1992 No 29:
(1) After considering an application for a mineral claim, the Secretary
(a) may grant to the applicant a mineral claim over all or only part of the land over which a claim was sought, or
(b) may refuse the application.
